Team Building

Growing teams through fun and immersive team dynamic activities.

In today’s fast paced and ever-changing world, building and developing world-class teams calls for more than your traditional ropes courses that offer ‘trust fall’ activities and such. We provide teambuilding activities that are relevant for the times, complete with technology integrations and bests practices in team dynamics.

Our engagements are designed to stretch individual’s communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills but we strive for participants having a ton of fun in the process.

“Remember teamwork begins by building trust. And the only way to do that is to overcome our need for invulnerability.”

Patrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable

Benefits Of Team Building

Team Building Programs

Amazing Race

This fast-paced and fun take on a scavenger hunt is a great team-building activity that encourages teams to maximize their collective strengths, while collaborating to making strategic decisions.

Participants divide into teams, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop their plan to win. Next, they move through majestic surroundings in search of clues and challenges. They have choices to make: slow and steady, to ensure completion; or, take a chance and score extra points? All team members must step up, as different tasks demand different talents.

This is a fun, action-packed day that reinforces essential skills such as collaborative decision-making, leadership, interdependence, conflict mediation, and problem solving.

Olympics Challenge

Discover a beautiful mountain-town location and take on competing teams head to head in the Olympics Challenge! This is a great program for breaking down barriers, building bonds across geographic or functional units, or even energizing high performing teams.

Teams strategize up front about strengths, weaknesses, and how to allocate their resources to perform at their best in a number of Olympic-inspired events. Challenges can range from intensely physical to cognitive; from archery, bike races and rock climbing to golf putting, paddle sports or balance challenges.

Focusing on team communication, this program is designed to empower the participants to think critically and communicate effectively with their team, while having a tremendous amount of fun.

GPS Orienteering Quest

GPS Orienteering Quest is an action-packed program, which reinforces essential communication and enhances decision-making and leadership skills while trekking through a historic mountain town.

At the briefing, facilitators help teams become familiar with the tools of the event – including a GPS device. Teams get a chance to strategize and develop their game plan, then embark on their quest.

Along the way, cognitive challenges and creative photo ops enable teams to advance to the next point. In some cases, teams will be asked to locate specific historic or cultural features, enriching their experience. The event encourages participants to think critically and communicate effectively, while accumulating as many points as possible.

Game Zone

Game Zone is a light-hearted day out designed to reinvigorate teams and reignite collaborative spirits. Set in a local park or open space, zany games like Human Hungry Hippos, Ramblers Rodeo, Cherry Picking, Memory Disc, and the Scooter Inertia Race have teams working together in creative and fun ways to earn points.

Part field day, part funhouse, and part serious teaching tool, the Game Zone challenges are thought provoking, active, and intelligent – encouraging teams to work together towards playful success.

This thrilling team-building program encourages critical thinking and creativity while fostering effective team communication, as teams seek to score as many points as possible. It’s a great way to reenergize teamwork capabilities.

Eco Challenge

Modeled on the classic expedition race, the rugged Eco Challenge is designed to directly influence team culture and cohesion. Its goals are to build trust and confidence, and nurture creative thinking.

Team members are challenged to deploy on-the-fly strategic thinking, and to accomplish team-centered tasks in a dynamic outdoor context. Certified wilderness guides facilitate experiential situations where team members practice collaboration, problem solving, positive reinforcement, and care for each other’s safety.

Wilderness challenges can include slack lining, archery, hiking, rock climbing, kayak paddling games, paintball target shooting and more. This program truly stretches participant comfort zones and builds tighter bonds between team members.

“If you could get all the people in an organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.”
