ARTICLE SHARE: Harvard Business School Academic Paper on Leadership as a Form of ‘Natural Self-Expression’

This week’s CBST Adventure’s article share is taking on more of an academic focus than usual. Harvard Business School has a paper out discussing leadership as a natural form of ‘self-expression’ in hopes of developing leaders that are good at spontaneity and using their intuition.

Additionally, the paper also makes the case for leadership curriculum to be experienced in addition to it also being taught in the classroom.
